“Rheanna’s magic is that she would show up as what I needed, at just the right time—a friend, coach, brother or wild woman... Whatever I needed but didn’t know I needed, she’d become. It let me confront and conquer so many of my demons.”

~ David L., DO

Rheanna Hoffmann, BSN, RN

I’m an intimacy & relationship coach, psychedelic nurse, sexological body-worker, and cuddle therapist, with 20 years’ experience in ceremony, meditation, psychology, religion and somatics.

As a nurse of 12+ years, I’ve worked in emergency medicine, oncology, hospice, and on death row and solitary confinement in prisons — supporting 1000s of people to transform how they think about themselves, their loved ones, health, purpose, and in the dying process.

My spiritual background includes 15+ years in the Tibetan Buddhist lineage of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, gnostic Christianity, and the shamanic lineage of Carlos Castaneda. I’ve been initiated into wisdom and medicine traditions across cultures and countries—from bwiti in Gabon, to Tibetan dzogchen empowerments, to Temple Training in New Zealand. I’m an assistant with ISTA (International School of Temple Arts).

My expertise includes:

  • Embodied parts work & shadow work

  • Anscestral / Family systems

  • Attachment patterns

  • Sensual bodywork

  • Psychedelic medicine integration and coaching

  • CSA - survivors and perpetrators

  • End-of-life doula care

My power lies in my presence, care, humor and penetrating insight—making you feel simultaneously at ease and brave enough to go beyond what you think is possible. I’m passionate about ordinary magic. I believe in the power of powerful containers and psychedelics as means to soften, expand, and empower the dance between sovereignty and connection.

I continue to do humanitarian work internationally.

Bring your extraordinary through.

My Approach

All of you is welcome…

What makes working with me unique?

Not only am I sex & intimacy coach and trauma-trained sexological bodyworker, I was an emergency nurse and wilderness guide for years. I know how the body communicates what it needs and desires—and how to bring those desires to LIFE.  I love helping people uncover and release their hidden, pent-up energy, so it’s available for every other area of life!

I’ve done the work

Our thoughts and emotions exist in an infinately large context—and yet pain is real. Our shadows, attachments and stories are real—and yet, they also have much less control over us than they seem to.

I know that nothing in you is broken or unworkable.

I have the unique ability to constantly see the ember in you… ready to be re-ignited into your personal fire. Even in your most stuck moments, you will get underneath what you shy away from, find surprising, juicy intimcy — and have fun doing it!

It’s a rare person who can do this alone

Life is in fact juicy, wild, connected and sexy as fuck! And yet it can be overwhelming, confusing, and feel like unending work to lean into the hurt, disappointment, and shame consistently enough to uncover that joy.

It can be easy to give up too early.

As an intimacy coach and psychedelic nurse with an extensive background in touch, trauma, erotic fields, and the psychology of change, I have the love, grit and insight to work with everything that comes up on our way to connection.

We’re in it together.

“I got through parts of myself with Rheanna that I thought I’d have to ignore forever. She taught me how to receive as a man, something I realized I didn’t actually know how to do even with my wife. Rheanna became a refuge… I got to grieve… She nurtured me back to life. I’m dating again. She’s a rock.”

~ William F., military veteran

“She helped me realized what I was missing—basic affection that didn’t involve the pressure of me having to please someone other than ME.”
