I’m an intimacy and relationship coach, psychedelic nurse, sexological body-worker, and cuddle therapist, with 20 years’ experience in ceremony, meditation, psychology, religion, and somatics.
My work is efficient, direct, yet spacious and subtle. I thrive in the bardos, the in-between spaces, the uncertainty and tension that’s required for change. My power lies in my presence, care, humor and penetrating insight—making you feel simultaneously at ease and brave enough to go beyond what you think is possible.

As a nurse of 12+ years, I’ve worked in emergency medicine, oncology, hospice, on death row, and in solitary confinement—supporting thousands of people to transform how they think about their lives, bodies, sensuality, relationships, purpose, and health.
My spiritual background includes 15+ years in the Tibetan Buddhist lineage of Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, gnostic Christianity, and the shamanic lineage of Carlos Castaneda. My path has led me to undertake multiple initiations such as pilgrimages to my teacher’s monastery in Nepal; Bwiti and iboga in Gabón; darkness immersions in both Guatemala and New Zealand; and participation in various shamanic, somatic, and tantric trainings, including as an assistant with ISTA (International School of Temple Arts).
I work frequently with sacred plants under multiple teachers and am legally certified in the state of Colorado to serve specific medicines.
I continue to do humanitarian work internationally.

All in-person sessions are held in my beautiful session space just outside of Boulder, Colorado. I'll send you the exact address the day before our session. If you live elsewhere, I'd love to connect with you virtually. Video calls are via Zoom. I do outcall within 100 miles of Boulder, with transportation, time, and our session space covered by you.

I'm a stand for you making lasting changes in your life. Sustainable transformation requires practice—and time. We can get to the heart of the matter actually more efficiently. Many clients see me for multiple packages or keep me on retainer.

Payment is accepted via PayPal, Cashapp, or cash. A 20% deposit is required to book a session. Please pay your remaining offering 24 hours prior to our session. Inquire if you want to pay your balance in cash.

I offer a complimentary 30-min consult call to make sure we're a beautiful fit. If you cancel with more than 24 hrs' notice, you may reschedule your session once. Cancellations within 24 hours require forfeiture of your deposit and a $100 re-booking fee.
Clients agree to pay the full session price if they cancel within 24 hours in honor of the time and space reserved.
In the rare case that I have to cancel, I will return your deposit.
